After your first phone conversation with Simon he will organise an initial consultation where we can begin to create a home to suit your block, needs and budget.

You have the option to work with our designers starting from scratch or adapting one of our proven and successful designs or a design supplied by you.
One of the advantages of EST. is that you deal directly with Simon from first contact, design stage and through to construction and handover.

We pride ourselves in the fact our tender price will build you a home you can move into as it includes site costs, floor coverings, fly screens, and the inclusions are clearly stated.
As custom home builders we give you the freedom to choose specialised products to include in your home from tender stage all the way through the selections process.

In this appointment we will have the plans, tenders and contracts finalised ready to start the exciting building process.
We will provide you with the contact and appointment details to meet with our trusted suppliers to begin the designing process of your kitchen, tiles, wardrobes and electrical layout.
We use the industry standard HIA contract so you are fully protected.

This is where the exciting time of selecting the fixtures and finishes to your new home from our extensive range at our associated suppliers, once an appointment is made our representatives will guide you through the process.
You will also meet with us in-house to select all other internal and external inclusions.

The most exciting part of the process is seeing your home come to life. We are always available to speak with you and meet on site whenever needed.
Our priority is to make sure you are completely happy with the finished product and we will ensure your new home is finished to your satisfaction prior to handover.
